Portal pressing plant with electronic strip feeding for production of the first shell of aluminium or tin-plate capsules from whole sheets (PRF series) or plates (PHS series), either anonymous or lithographed.
Single-row or double-row die-tools
Equipped with four columns running on recirculating cage roller bearings and assure constant alignment between matrix and punch, even after maintenance or changeover.
Die-tools are designed and built in-house using high performance materials.
Format changeovers can be carried out by operators quickly and easily
thanks to the sliding die-tool change system on a dedicated trolley.
Lubrication
of kinetic systems and of the ram where the die-tool is installed, as well as sheet lubrication, is centralized and automated.
The touch screen operator panel
makes user-machine interaction very easy and intuitive.
