The minor flap are lowered by one device which is conformed to open and to lower also the major flaps. The major flaps remain in position through a fixed shaft.

When the carton is in position, a second mobile device lift up the minor flaps in vertical position.
At this point a sliding grip device grab the minor flaps, hold the flaps in vertical position and slide the boxes to the casepacking position.
