A chuck rotates around a prefixed path and makes in rotation around its own axis the cap.

Slitting means impacting the cap while the same cap is carrying out two independent rotations, one around its own axis and one around the primary axis of the main turret (entry and exit of the capsules).

The indipendence of the rotation motions by means of dedicated servo motors is the fulcrum of the innovation and allow you a format changing very fast. It is not necessary change the mechanic cinematism.

Equally important is the flexibility of the machine that allows you to use many types of capsules with or without knurling.
