High speed machine which guarantees the utmost reliability and precision in the sealing of the top flaps of cases by means of hot melt gluing. The speed can be adjusted by means of an inverter, in relation to productivity requirements.

Approximate speed (with cardboard L=370 FP mm): to 80 cases per minute.

Case feeding device with positive drive belt and electronic synchronization.
Continuously rotating flap-closing mechanism.
Flap pressing device with single spring-compensated rollers to achieve uniform compression of the glue strips.
Safety guards consisting mainly of two telescopic tunnels, allowing complete and easy access to all points of the machine.
Extremely fast manual or automated format change.

Hot melt unit: Possibility of also equipping the machine with hot melt units supplied directly by the customer, as a replacement for the standard glue unit, according to specific needs.
